I can start now. I am able to commit long term. However, I will be going overseas during June.
Rapport Building
Firstly, I will understand the students' current level of knowledge about the subjects. Then, I will look through the materials given by the teachers to understand what is being taught to them. From there, I will decide what and how I should teach.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have a niece who is in secondary 1 this year. I will help her with her work occasionally which allow me to know the current curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor tries his best to let his students understand the theories using different methods catered to different type of students. Besides than academic wise, it will be good if a tutor can influence his students positively in terms of character building.
