I will be mostly in the West during the Weekdays for 2016 and 2017. I will be in the East and Northeast from Fri night to Sunday.

I hope to understand them from their perspective and encourage them to share more about how they learn and absorb knowledge in classes because that is important in structuring what I will teach them during tuition.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I am in touch with the curriculum as I have just graduated from Junior College and I have many juniors whom I also guide them at times, therefore I believe I keep up with the syllabus.
