Tuition/Teaching Experience
I haven't been working outside a lot but i have been teaching my younger sister since she was in secondary school to help her with her subjects that she is weaker at. She has scored decent grades for her mathematics like A2 and B3. I am patient with kids and i love working with them! I have been a school camp instructor as a part time job during my holidays and i really enjoyed interacting with kids and teaching them some skills that will be important to them like team work. I believe i can do a good job teaching kids academically as well.

Commitment / Other Details
I'm currently still studying in NUS, majoring in Environmental Engineering. And i stay in hall in school. My timetable is pretty manageable and i can teach tuition on weekdays in the west around the area! I am able to start any time and is willing to hold up the tuition asssignment until the kid finishes his/her exams.
Rapport Building
I think communication is very important so i think the best way is to speak with them face to face if possible during tuition sessions or if there is no availability, we can communiacte via whatsapp. To build rapport with the student, i think it is only best to treat them as a good friend and know more about their school life other than just studies. Its better to know what they are involved in in school and maybe tell them or share with them a few of my own experiences back when i was studying as well. I would also give them some advice if they ever need help.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have a few friends who are also teaching tuition and i believe we can always share our resources and keep up with time in schools.
