I've taught maths and science before when I was fulfilling my contract at Lianhua Primary School. I am trained in PE and Maths in NIE. Since I also have experience from teaching Science before, I'm comfortable with the subject as well.
I used to give tuition for primary 3 and 5 science and Maths when I was an undergraduate from 2007-2010.

Rapport Building
I am good with building rapport with children. Yet, I also understand the need to be firm with them when it is necessary. I will find out the interests of the students, and ensure that there is no superior-inferior status between teacher and students so that they will be able to open up to me if they have any difficulties with anything.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As I am currently working in a primary school, I am definitely updated with the curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
The basic qualities of a good tutor is kindness, approachability, firmness and discipline. In order for students to be able to learn better, it is important to show them and let them know that we care for them.
Being firm does not mean being fierce. It is the ability to create the balance between being firm and strict that allows a teacher to be respected by the students.
