Rapport Building
Rapport building will be done by accessing the abilities of the tutee and helping the tutee resolve uncertainties in their area of weakness to gain confidence. Frequent updates will be done with the parent to let them keep track of how their children is doing in their academics.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Assessment books and day to day questions from tutees are good sources to keep up to date with the current curriculum. Other alternatives would be checking up online with regards to the curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor should encompass responsibility and punctuality and, at the same time, having a good grasp of the tutee's strength and weakness. Lastly, having good communication with tutee and their parents is also crucial.
