Keeping Up with Curriculum
I take a active and passive approach to this. Active in the sense, I always seek to find out the latest updates on the syllabus from friends who are active MOE school teacher. Passive in the sense when my students provide me with further insight on special ways that a subject matter is being delivered. I would then tailor the approach to fit each tutee's understanding ability.
As a Good Tutor
one has to be Patient, Creative, and Passionate about teaching.
