Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have taught a total of 4 JC students in the subjects of GP and Economics. 2 of my students have graduated 2 years ago, achieving A and B for their subjects respectively.

This year, I taught 2 JC1 students for 3 weeks before their final examinations, and over the course of 8 lessons in 3 weeks, the students' GP grades jumped by 2 and 3 grades respectively.

I personally believe that some students may need the motivation, support and assistance outside of school. I have faith that every student is unique and brilliant in his or her own way and I hope to be the difference that each students needs.

Commitment / Other Details
I believe in the importance of following a student through the year. Hence, I strive to complete each academic year with each student. Let me know your needs and let's work something out.
Rapport Building
I have always enjoyed working with juniors and helping them where I can. As the captain of my soccer team in ACS (Independent) and ACJC, I worked well with Juniors to offer the support that I could. I have benefited from good seniors who have helped me simply by sharing their experiences and I hope to do the same too.

I have built strong rapport with my past and current students. To date, we continue to be friends even though we no longer share a tutor-tutee relationship.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
The SEAB syllabus provides a good representation of the curriculum and expectations. I continue to gain insights from both this syllabus as well as students that I teach.
As a Good Tutor
As one of the two youngest Emergenetics Associates in Singapore, my approach in tutoring is anchored on the principle of self-awareness as I strive to help students learn as unique individuals. Through sessions with me, you can expect to achieve academic excellence not just in GP, but also in the other subjects that you take in school.

Tuition should not be limited to helping you excel in a single exam. It should help you prepare you for your journey in university as well. By helping you learn more about your thinking, behavioural preferences and unique learning styles, I am confident that you will continue to excel beyond JC.

This has helped me as a student as well, placing consistently on the Dean's List of NUS Business School and achieving a CAP of 4.8/5.0 in the process.

I look forward to helping you achieve the success that you desire. :)
