Commitment / Other Details
I commit myself to guiding my students from the start of the school year towards their year-end examinations as they require consistency and stability.
As some students benefit from a group setting, I also have group tuition at my home.
Rapport Building
I am naturally warm and friendly; I believe in each child's ability to succeed and as such value my students. I seek parents support in their child's progress by engaging them often through open communication.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a current school teacher, I am most current with the MOE curriculum. I continue to undergo training to enhance my teaching and assessment skills.
As a Good Tutor
Good tutors have the child's welfare and accomplishment at heart. Understanding the child's unique learning styles and ensuring learning of concepts and understanding takes place is vital. Good tutors know all children can learn and succeed. Setting realistic expectations and targets and motivating the child towards accomplishment is what makes a tutor good.
