Tuition/Teaching Experience
I am currently an Aeronautical Engineering Student commencing my undergraduate education on September in Singapore Institute of Technology(SIT). Before this, I was serving my national service as an officer in the army holding the appointment of Team In-Charge. It was more of an instructor role whereby I deal with the training and lessons for the newly posted recruits. My task was not only as a supervisor to ensure the standards of lessons taught, at times I conduct lessons when in need. Teaching has always been part of my life. I started personal tutoring as early as 2008, teaching students in the primary school level. While studying in polytechnic, I taught secondary school students as well. I also took up MOE relief-teaching. This are some of my teaching experience.

Commitment / Other Details
I am able to commence immediately. I am able to fit my schedule to the availability of the students. Since my full timetable for school has not been given to me, as for now, I will be able to commit myself after 6.30pm on the weekdays and between 9am to 3pm on saturday and sunday. More details on the classes can be elaborated and discussed upon contact.
Rapport Building
I am a simple and objective-driven person who is willing to work towards a certain goal set by students. As long as the goals are realistic and achievable, I will do my best to commit and assist towards achieving it. In order to allow me to help the individual to achieve his/her goal, there must be a trust and relationship established. To build rapport with a student, I must first understand his/her needs, character and capabilities. I will then adjust myself and my teaching methods to help develop the student to improve him/herself. Building rapport with parents is equally important. Parents must be able to trust and understand the capability of the tutor before allowing them to help their child. In order to have this, the tutor must be himself and be transparent with his teaching methodology to avoid misunderstandings in the learning process of the child.
