Tuition/Teaching Experience
I am an outgoing and sociable tutor who has had 4 years of tutoring experiences. I have tutored 5 students before and currently have 2 students under my supervision. Every students have made improvements (eg. C5 to A1) under my supervision and I make sure that every of my students fully understand my teaching. Most importantly, I make sure my students are interactive during my tuition in order to facilitate their learning.
I am interactive and outspoken and I hope to nurture that in my students as well because I believe that only through learning actively and through appropriate interaction, students' learning can be greatly enhanced. Also, I believe that I am able to cultivate the passion for learning in the students making them even yearning to learn for more.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have been constantly giving tuition for a bunch of students and have been keeping myself updated of the current syllabus to ensure that I am keeping up with the curriculum. Also I frequently visit the bookstore and search online to update my assessment books so that I provide students with the latest and updated resources whenever possible.
As a Good Tutor
I believe learning should be fun and captivating for the students. Hence, I make sure my students not only get good grades but at the same time develop a passion for learning.
This is one skill I would like to develop in them. Also, I make sure my students set realistic goals for themselves so that during the course of their study, they are constantly motivated and strive to be better.
