Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have experience with children from aged from 4-12 over the years as I take on various tuition assignments and also through my commitment in my Church when I take on Sunday School. I have a strong passion for teaching children around this age group because this is a stage where they are most formative. I carry with me beliefs such that I want to see them all enjoy a subject first before excelling, and they must partner with me closely to see results. I like to go beyond just teaching them a subject. I hope to impact their lives through our time and conversations together.

Commitment / Other Details
I am able to accept assignments for Primary School kids starting from now. As much as possible, I would like the students come to my place at Potong Pasir. I won't mind travelling to student's places that are nearby my home because of my current work commitments.
Rapport Building
I believe trust and rapport is a result of working together over a period of time. As in my past experience, my relationships with the parents and students only get better and better as we learn about each other. So, I seek to spend a minimum time of 3 months - for me to get to know the parents and the students and also for them to know me and how I work. Mutual understanding is very important!
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I like to browse through bookstores to see whats interesting and helpful for my students learning. I often like to imagine myself in their shoes, that I wouldn't like it too much if its too boring. So, happy learning to me is key!
As a Good Tutor
Responsible, on-time, going the extra miles for students, be more than just a tutor; be a mentor to the younger children. Teaching them and moulding them in their most formative years. Impact them so that they in turn can impact other children.
