I have various experiences both in High School, JC and now in University in helping peers over their weak subjects. I have been officially been a tutor for one year and successfully helped a primary school improve her Chinese test scores. I think I can be a good tutor because I am a dedicated and responsible person. I really relish the moment that those people I have helped to show great progress in their study. That is my biggest motivation in teaching.

Commitment / Other Details
I can commit all year around except for during vacations I may leave Singapore for several weeks but it will not definitely last for very long. My university class schedule is quite flexible so I can accept tuition both during weekdays and weekend.
Rapport Building
I always offer encouragement during tuition to improve students' interest and motivation in learning which in turn can be translated into better relationship between us. I believe this can be the most effective way.
