Rapport Building
I focus on a common topic with the students and understand their musical interest of different genres before commencing. To build communication with the parents, i give them feedback on their children's progress after the lesson. Also, i offer advice to parents to give them guidance on their children's practices at home.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I regularly attend seminars, read forums and engage in healthy discussions with other teacher. I am pursuing higher education in music as music development.
As a Good Tutor
I believe that as a tutor, we must have patience, foresight for the student, consistency as well a good grasp of the exam syllabus. Also, I believe in progressive learning is the best way of learning.
