I did not really give tuition but i do have experience on teaching and guiding students. I used to guide my nephews when they need help for their school work, I like to work around with children and I can communicate well with them , understand what's in their mind and thus learning will be much effective for them.
I can be a great tutor because I've mixed with a lot of children in my life and I know and understand the way to talk to them, guide them and nurture them. Even though some children might be a little bit more difficult to handle, with time and patience , I am confident that I will be able to communicate and understand how to be their tutor and be their "friend" at the same time, this will definitely make learning fun and enjoyable for them.
I will be able to commit on a full time basis from 17th may onwards till around mid of september when my school term starts, however i will still be able to work on a part time basis when my school starts.
Rapport Building
I usually build rapport with the students and their parents by talking to them to understand more about their family . Knowing more about the family will allow me to understand the behavior of the student and then i will be able understand how to handle different kind of children . support from the parents are equally as important thus at times i will need to talk to their parents to understand how they're doing at home and in school etc.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
By frequently updating myself on what are the students learning now and what will be in the new syllabus so that i can be well prepared before tutoring the children.
