Tuition/Teaching Experience
I currently having no experience in tutoring field. Prefer to teach students at primary school levels.

I would want to gain experience in this tutoring field as I do not have any experience. I am also finding for this job to earn money to save to further my studies in the current diploma I am doing. I have taught my younger cousins and siblings and I thought why not try in the tutoring field.

Rapport Building
The four most important factors in rapport building would be

1)Respect. Teachers and students must show respect for each other.

2) Approach ability. Students have to feel comfortable coming to the tuition classes and tutor must be willing to speak with students even after class sessions regardless of the issues they face.

3) Caring. Tutors need to care about learning and show that they want students to learn the material. This would give their parents the confidence in the tutors. An example would be having a chat session with the parents after the exams and discuss if there is any improvements seen.

4) Positive attitude. Tutors should have a sense of humor and be open to points of view other than their own, having the students to be more open-minded.
