As a Good Tutor
In my opinion, a good tutor should have a high level of passion in teaching and invest more in the preparation of worksheets and mini tests for the students.
Additionally, he/she should
-Plan their lessons well
-Deliver lessons enthusiastically
-Try new methods of teaching to engage unmotivated students
-Introduce educational games to students which students play in their spare time
-Reward students with sweets or other surprises bought out of their own budget
