Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have guided my younger cousins who are in upper primary as well as my juniors in school in their academics. I have generally helped them along in subjects like Mathematics and Science, for example by helping them solve questions.
I believe that teaching requires patience and will thus explain concepts clearly and succinctly to students in interesting ways. My teaching style will be specially tailored to suit each student's needs. I will be available to answer students' queries via phone or email anytime.

Rapport Building
I am able to get along well with children in primary schools as well as teenagers in secondary schools. I will make an effort to get to know each student and analyse their characters and learning styles and attitudes so as to better teach the students in the most appropriate ways. I am friendly and will make jokes and chat with students when appropriate to allow them to feel at ease with me, so that they can absorb new content most effectively as well as be comfortable to ask me questions.
I will communicate regularly with parents so as to update them on their child's progress as well as receive feedback on my teaching and how to better tailor my teaching and syllabus to the student's needs.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will look up the curriculum and syllabus by analysing textbooks, assessment books and exam papers, and will regularly check MOE's teaching syllabus. Additionally, I will check with my younger cousins in primary and secondary schools on their syllabus.
