Tuition/Teaching Experience
Nothing gives me more satisfaction than sharing my knowledge and experience with the younger generation. I have been tutoring full time for about 2 years now whereas prior to that i was a part-time tutor for 5 years . I specialise in teaching English for both primary and secondary school levels. I strongly feel that it is necessary that we build a bond with our students to achieve mutual understanding, only then can a tutor motivate her students. I am proud to say that my 4 of my PSLE students from 2014 had all gotten As and A* for English.
I am very much committed to my students and would give them extra lessons when necessary and especially during their exam week. I strive in making them fully understand by trying several techniques. I also create my own materials based on each student's interest to motivate them.
Rapport Building
Currently I am pursuing a Specialist Diploma in Youth Management and I hope that my new found skill would further assist me in guiding the young to do well in their studies.
