Being a full-time tutor for a few years, I have vast experience in teaching, coaching and managing students from different grades, characters, motivation level as well as pace of learning.
Because each individual is different, I take time to understand each and every student's strengths and weaknesses, so that I can built on their strength and improve their weaknesses. The outcome is a student, who is now more confident about himself and has greater self-awareness of how he can improve his grades.
Over the years, I have successfully created breakthroughs in many students. From failing grades to passing with flying colours, from unmotivated in learning to being curious to learn more.

I'm available on both weekdays and weekends.
My classes are conducted daily between 830am and 12midnight to meet the needs of the students and parents.
Extra lessons are available upon request during school holidays for weaker students as well as students who want to ace their examination.
Group tuition is also available upon request (subject to availability).
Rapport Building
Communication is the key to built rapport and long lasting trust between the parents, student and myself.
One key aspect is to manage the expectation of the parents.
Feedbacks are important as it is how the parents will understand the challenges faced by their children at school or personal matters, and learn about what is done to assist the child to improve.
Usually I will spend a few minutes before or after each lesson to speak to the parent and let them understand the progress and challenges faced by the child.

My teachings follow closely to the latest MOE syllabus and textbooks.

Understanding and patience as well as able to communicate ideas across to the children are some of the most important qualities of a tutor.
