More than 30 years of teaching experience in school. 15 Years of tutoring experience.
Have taught a number of academically weak pupils and ADHD pupils and many if not most have secured passes and even very good grades from the numerous internal and external exams over the years.
Many of the time I have parents who want their children to be tutored the years after.
I can start the tuition assignment soon and I can commit for at least a year.
I prefer to have the tuition lessons from about 7pm or 7.30pm during the weekdays.
Rapport Building
Working very closely with the parents by keeping them informed of what is going on throughout the lessons. Be sensitive to the needs of the pupils and constantly communicating with them to find out if the pupils are troubled by any issues that affect their studies and cause them to be aggressive and emotionally unstable.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I am a current school teacher and am also trained in the advanced diploma in art education for the whole primary level.
I often upgrade myself by reading, attending courses, sharing with friends and fellow teaching colleagues.
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor should also take a great interest in the pupil you are teaching.
The tutor should keep a proper record of what he or she is teaching every lesson and what issues or problems the pupil encounters along the way.
A good tutor should also work hard to bring up the best in the pupil you are helping.
