Am currently doing clincial research in hospitals. Have had 6 years of tutoring experience as well as 3.5 years of being an electives teachers in a boys' school. Past students have managed to improve their grades from an F9 to a B3 in O Level Maths and from Cs and Ds to Bs and As in PSLE.

Rapport Building
I have been a student for 18 years of my life and then I have been in the company of students while with MOE. Having been in a boys' school, I am able to know the needs and wants of students these days and the concerns their parents have with regards to their education. I believe its easier to understand students and their parents when you put yourself as a student and then as a teacher.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Have been with MOE for 3.5 years, so am able to know the latest MOE syllabus. Have been tutoring other kids and cousins so keeping up with the curriculum is not an issue.
As a Good Tutor
Understanding why students need tuition and how to weave our ways through their mind to ensure they are aware of the importance of education and will do their best for it.
