5 years of teaching experience in a primary school. One year of contract teaching at CHIJ Toa Payoh. Full time teaching in Farrer Park Primary School. Familiar with MOE syllabus and exam format. Patient and caring. Able to build a good rapport with both students and parents. Currently a full time tutor. Uses manipulatives and interesting teaching methods to facilitate learning. P6 students tutored in 2011 have obtained aggregates of 222 and 256. P4 pupils have improved from a borderline pass in all subjects to a high band 2.
