Tuition/Teaching Experience
I am a full time tutor specializing in primary EMS. I have 4 years of teaching experience and had previously taught in a well known tuition centre. I customized my own worksheets according to the students pace especially in areas where they are weak in. I focus more on foundations and problem-solving in mathematics and have unique methods to help students tackle heuristic questions. These encourages them to think-out-of-the-box and helps in developing quick thinking so that students will be confident and perform at their best during examinations.
I have kept results of my students over the years which shows how they improved from B and below grading to an A or even A* after my tuition. I also have testimonials from parents and do regular surveys to improve and make my lesson better.
I am fully committed and may start immediately. I will commit until the end of your child's primary school term in Primary 6 or for as long as there is a need to. I believe that a teacher and the student must be able to get along in order to show positive results. If my student is not interested in the lesson, high chances are they will be daydreaming or nothing goes into them during lesson. I will try my very best to make my lesson as interesting as possible. I hope to work together with parents to explore the most effective and best ways to hold your child's attention and interest level to the maximum so that lessons are useful and resourceful to them.
