I believe that the first step to effective teaching is forming a good relationship with the student. I like to be able to communicate effectively with my students besides being able to teach them. Hence, I am able to teach well. I have been teaching for the past four years. I've taught several students whose grades have improved drastically and I am well aware of the syllabus.
