As a Good Tutor
I think it is important to know the curriculum well, other than that, it is important to know the weakness of the students and know which study method is more useful for them. Being able to allow them to understand the idea behind each concepts is essential as it allows the student to be able to apply those concepts. For language, I would try to make it as interesting and engaging for them as it will be easier for students to learn if they find the subject interesting.
