I believe in keeping the students motivated through effective communication. I adopt a practical teaching method which consist of 3 steps. Identifying the problem, solving it and reinforcing the concepts. I also improve the student's answering techniques.
The improvement in both my students will not be possible without their effort and the desire to score. My responsibility is to maintain the student's attitude and give that extra push with whatever help I can provide and deliver.
