Rapport Building
I am a friendly tutor who has a genuine interest in helping people especially our young minds. I believe everyone deserves a chance to get a proper and full education in Singapore and that education is key to a successful and meaningful life.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
One every 6 months, I liaise with former colleagues in the Ministry of Education to keep up to date on current syllabuses and teaching methods. Visiting the book stores for the best and latest educational text and assessment books is a regular part of my teaching career.
As a Good Tutor
My philosophy in teaching is to teach students to catch their own fish through detailed explanations of key ideas coupled with creative illustrations, worked examples and lastly practise in this order.

I also believe in being more of the student's friend than teacher as this builds trust and helps the child or teen enjoy learning more.

Parents play a key role in helping the child develop into an adult and I believe in working closely with you to help your child achieve his or her goals in education and life.
