Rapport Building: To toss out my interests, I love meeting and working with people; whether young or old , local or foreigners, as I can communicate very well at all levels
Being the Principal of a private institution from year 2000 till today, I have handled teachers, students, parents, associates, schools and government authorities. This speaks volume of my rapport building.

I have the interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ultimately, it takes two ( student / teacher) hands to clap, hence rapport building is not solely based on one party.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I have embroidered my career path with various types of educational positions. I am constantly challenged and refining my services, my career advancement, but yet keeping in touch with the curriculum.
Pursuant to this aim, and legitimized here, it is my interest to continue to offer tuition.

As a Good Tutor: To be realistic, the discovery process may be gradual, but the essential ingredient to bring out the best tutor is rooted in the passion for teaching.

Finally, the benefits and gains of students or individuals are the rewards that interest me; cause it transcends gains and answers the more fundamental personal integrity as an educator.

As the Roman writer, Seneca puts it, it is not how long we teach, but how well we teach; that matters. A good teacher teaches from the Heart , not from the Books.
