In view of my family commitment and need for continued growth, I am determined to be a full-time tutor. Currently, I can commit Mondays to Fridays only. Looking to move into full-time tutoring in the next 1 to 2 months. All assignments will be accepted with a long term perspective and all students will taken care of responsibly.
Rapport Building
As tutor, it is very important to induce the students into voicing their needs, concerns and anxiety. By understanding and identifying critical areas for improvements, students are led to work and encouraged to perform. Students' parents will be informed of the students' progress and made aware of the students' academic standards before and after examinations.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As the curriculum has not changed drastically, I have no problem been updated and keeping up.
As a Good Tutor
The success of my tutoring service is my ability to communicate with my students and understand their needs. I usually chat with them to understand how they perceive the subjects and explain to them the drivers for scoring well. Each student will be assessed and given the pressure they can cope with, thus, sustaining their interest and helping them make progress in the subjects. Through isolating weak points for training and consistent monitoring, the students usually perform well.
