I have three years of experience in giving tuition. I have a student from Parkview Primary school who has improved from a fail grade to a B grade for her mathematics subject. I am also very patient with students and is able to interact well with them. In addition, I have been on an voluntary ocip trip last year december to the philippines to help the children in their mathematics and english. I am able to have good rapport with children and is able to build a good relationship and have mutual trust with them.

Commitment / Other Details
I am very flexible with the tuition timings, and is able to suit according to the student's needs. I able to commit on all weekdays (evenings) and all weekends (whole day). I am also open to group tuition at either my house or the tutee's residential area.
Rapport Building
I have travelled extensively during the school holidays to the less developed countries as a student volunteer. During my term break in December last year, I joined my school team and visited Cebu, Philippines for two weeks. My team and I organized and facilitated different programmes and teaching method for the children in Cebu. I am also actively involved in my Co-curricular Activities (CCA) and school projects. I am adept in building relationships and is able to develop trust and rapport with people and children. I am able to interact well with children and is able to help them according to their weakness in the subject.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I am able to keep up with the curriculum as I am currently teaching primary school level. I do research on the latest curriculum of the syllabes so that I can tutor the students more efficiently and effectively.
As a Good Tutor
I show passion and interest in teaching my students and helping them to achieve better grades. I am also very patient and will do my best to help my students to understand the concept of the subject they are weak in.
