Have done frequent peer-tutoring in my polytechnic days teaching chemistry and biology-related modules and students/peers have gained much from the lessons, learning concepts and applications. Most have improvements in their understanding, and ultimately grades. Few are still in contact as friends since peer-tutoring days till now.
