I have taught a primary 2 student for a year and a half ( mid 2011 to start of 2013). Her grades have improved significantly. My teaching style is interactive and I believe young students learn best when they understand basic concepts, thereafter applying it to challenging questions. I do not believe in pure memorising and would never encourage my students to do that.
