Have been tutoring the children of family friends for a year, and have taught 1 GEP/IP secondary 3 student Physics and Mathematics - he later topped his class in his end-of-year exams. Have also taught a secondary 1 girl Mathematics, such that she improved from a C6 to an A2 in her end-of-year exams. I give great supplementary materials and worksheets adapted from my own resources (school notes, worksheets, ten year series etc) and I believe in making lessons interesting to students. I'm able to simplify lessons so as to pitch them at the student's level, and I believe implementation of learning skills is far more important than blindly memorising information.
I am currently a relief teacher for Physics and Maths at a local secondary school.
Able to start immediately - tuition can be conducted weekdays in the evening (normally 3pm to 10pm) or weekends. Will be able to commit to tuition assignment for at least 6 months, depending on when university starts.
