Mr. Clive Foo holds a 1st Class Honours Bachelors Degree in Economics (BBSc) from National University of Singapore. (See degree scroll below) Moreover, he obtained the Paul Sherwood Memorial Book Prize for being the best undergraduate in Economics for 2 years.
An avid educator at heart, Mr. Foo has been giving tuition since his national service days and has amassed more than 8 years of private tutoring experience, during which he taught more than 50 students.
After graduation, Mr. Foo assumed the position of Management Associate at a government statutory board, and experienced first-hand how government policy-making can affect everyday people and firms. He then moved on to co-found an internet venture which garnered him the Young Entrepreneurship Scheme (YES!) from Spring Singapore and the Design for Business Innovation Grant (DBIG) from Design Singapore Council. Given Mr. Foo's management and start-up experience, he aspires to bring economics alive to his students.
