I have had 2 years of tutoring experience, with 3 students in total.
My teaching philosophy is interest and practice. I believe that every student should be interested in the subject before they can embark in any pursuit for higher results. Especially for Math and Science, I believe that interest can be cultivated together with practice since students are generally more interested in subjects they know they can do well.
Practical steps for Language subjects is reading and writing. I believe in reading good compositions and taking learning points from there.
My first student was a P6 girl whom I had to teach English, Mathematics, Science and Chinese simultaneously. My second and third child was an autistic P3 boy and a P4 girl whom I had to teach English and Science.
Primary level - Chinese English Higher Maths Mathematics Science
Lower secondary level - English Higher Chinese Mathematics Science
Upper secondary level - A Maths Biology Chemistry E Maths English

I am able to start anytime and plan to take up a long-term assignment.
My basic rates for lessons are as follows:
P1 - P3: $20 - $24 per hour (depending on the number of subjects, negotiable)
P4 - P6: $25
Secondary 1 - 4: $30 - $35 (Negotiable)
I am generally free on weekdays except for Monday and Friday nights. I am only free on Saturday mornings and Sundays.
