I was a Special Needs Officer in a primary school for 3 years. Therefore, I am NIE-trained in working with students who have difficulties in their academic as well as other behavorial issues. Besides being trained in NIE, I have a Diploma in Autism Studies accredited by the Autism Resource Centre. As the job involves working with children with special needs, it requires us to have great patience and differentiated teaching approaches that will be helpful in being a tutor. I am currently working as an instructor for a Math learning Centre, teaching students from K2 to P2. All in all, I enjoy working with young children and is willing to put in the effort in guiding them well.
