I have 3 years of tutoring experience. My students are primarily primary school students.
My scheme of study for the student is very simple. A goal must first be set on our first lesson together. With a goal, the student will know what to aim and aspire for. I will go through his curriculum first and see through the things that need to be covered. Week by week, I will guide the student towards the goal.
Although I always treat all my students patiently, I do not allow my students to progress with a laid-back attitude. If there is need to be strict so as to ensure productivity, I will be firm.
