4 years experience in teaching piano private and at a music school.
Students range from 4years old to 56years old. Able to identify different teaching methods for different students.
Just started teaching violin for beginners this year.
Qualifications:
ABRSM Piano Grade 8 (pass in 2006)
ABRSM Theory Grade 8
ABRSM Violin Grade 5
Exposed to music since young. Was part of the string orchestra in secondary school and was the viola section leader. Applied for direct school admission to Nanyang JC where I joined the chinese orchestra and played the cello. I also joined the piano ensemble during my JC days and had a few public performance experience.
I believe music plays a part in character building :)
