Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have been tutoring part-time for the last 2 years. I am good not only at explaining concepts to my students but also in engaging them in their subjects so that tuition sessions are more rewarding and they are more motivated to do better. I believe that all subjects are interesting if a tutor molds the learning style slightly to suit the student's needs better. I was also a teacher at St. Margarets Secondary School for six months after my A' Level examinations. I thus have experience handling even larger groups of students as well as students with discipline problems. I always tried to instill in my students a love for the subject as ultimately, that passion will be the driving force behind their good grades. I look forward to tutoring more students.

Commitment / Other Details
i will be able to start immediately. Until August, my timing is very flexible but after that, I will only be free on weekday evenings and wekkends. I will still be fully committed to the student however. I conduct both individual and group tuition sessions. I prefer for tuition sessions to be held in my home as I have a room set aside just for giving tuition. I often go to my tutee's houses as well. If it is a group however, and the tutee's house is unconducive, I do suggest that my house is a better location. I live in Serangoon North, which is accessible by Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang, and Serangoon MRT stations. There are also various buses that come to my house.
