    Good tutors should always be responsive when their students are in need of help and they should be able to help identify the students weaknesses over time. They should also be understanding and patience as every student have different speed at which they pick up new knowledge so they should not be rushing their students to absorb new materials. A good tutor should also be able to be strict and lenient with their students at appropriate timing so as to allow the students to understand that they are their friends but at some point of time when work needs to be done they should listen and not constantly be too friendly with the tutor.

      I have always been results-focused and disciplined in studying. Back in primary school I would always ace my exams and scored straight As for English and did so for PSLE. I taught my friends English in secondary school and GP in JC, I scored an A in those subjects too. My friend thanked me for being patient with him as he jumped from B4 to A1 for O levels. I hope to be able to do the same for the student by building a passion and a keen interest in the subject they are studying. At the same time, I intend to compliment their learning with guidance from my teaching and my elaborate yet clear notes.

      As a Good Tutor
      I believe always in making a subject interesting for the student. Doing so will enable them to be more receptive to studying the subject and more inclined to commit certain facts and idea to memory, hence ensuring the best results possible.
