    To stay current with the curriculum and ensure that my students are well-prepared, I take a proactive and structured approach. One of the key strategies I use is regularly attempting the latest prelim and promotional exam papers across the subjects I teach. This helps me stay in touch with the evolving trends, question types, and the latest techniques required to excel. By working through these papers, I ensure that my teaching methods and content knowledge are relevant and up to date, which allows me to offer my students the best possible guidance.

    Additionally, I periodically review the syllabus documents for each subject to stay familiar with all the outlined learning objectives. This ensures that I cover every essential topic in a structured way and avoid any gaps in my students' learning. Being well-versed in the syllabus also helps me tailor my lesson plans to focus on the most important concepts and skills that will be tested, ensuring my students are always ahead of the curve.

    Moreover, I frequently review the materials I have curated over time to ensure that they remain relevant and up to date. Whether it’s notes, worksheets, or practice questions, I continuously refine these resources based on new trends in the curriculum and student feedback.

    I also analyze past year papers to identify key trends or patterns in question types. I then select a basket of questions that would allow my student to hone and master the correct skillsets to ace these question types, even if the details of the question were to be changed with the same underlying concept. Equipped with the necessary frameworks and skillsets, my tutees are always able to tackle even the most complicated of questions.

    First and foremost, discipline is crucial. I maintain a structured approach to my lessons, ensuring that time is used efficiently and that we stay on track to meet our academic goals. Consistency in my teaching methods and punctuality help establish a routine that encourages good study habits and keeps students focused.

    Sincerity is another important quality.           I'm highly committed to the students' progress and my tuition charge varies depending on the student's grade from $40 to $60. (Primary to Secondary)

          In my early years of teaching at the private institute, I helped the lead teacher with the instruction of the students who were slow or had learning challenges. I have acquired some teaching techniques that I can use with the slow learners to help them catch up to their classmates in class.

          Over the course of my four years of home tutoring, I have taught over 28 kids up until the last academic year. All of the lessons were held in my home, but this year I'm switching to one-on-one instruction at the student's location for several reasons. Currently, I'm teaching 3 secondary school students mother tongue language and HMTL, as well as 4 primary school students English and math. I instruct Tamil for students in Primary 1 through Secondary 4, Math and English for students in P1 to P3, English for students in P1 to P6.
