Rapport Building: Have worked with kids before and quite a bit of teaching background. Always like to establish a common ground with the parents and the students. Would always try to mix between the two without crossing any boundaries. Make sure to always keep the lesson entertaining so that the student will be able to learn effectively as well as making sure its not boring so that the student will unmotivated to study.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I would always go to popular and take a look at the new textbooks that come out every year to see how the syllabus has changed. I would also always look at the TYS to see how the new papers fair.

As a Good Tutor: Patience is something a good tutor must have. Be able to interact well with the students, make sure to keep the lesson entertaining while making sure that the student is still doing his / her work. Keeping in touch with the student or being more open minded when talking to the students as well. Improvising is also one of the key qualities as we will need to think of what to do during the lesson with the student as well as knowing how to effectively help the student improve in his / her studies.
