                Parents: after every lesson, I will keep them updated on 1. the student's progress (improvements & areas to improve) 2.the timeline 3.the home work assigned to the student 4. what to expect for the next lesson. For every student I keep a jotter book which journalizes the above mentioned so parents will have a record. For younger students, I would definitely tailor the tuition according to the needs mentioned by the parents.

                Students: for younger students I would normally paste stickers for the questions the answered well and write encouraging remarks/ probing questions (for eg: maybe consider xx) for answers which requires improvement. As mentioned, the student can drop me a text anytime, and I will definitely provide support ASAP.
                Keeping Up with Curriculum
                for accounting/ business related modules, I keep myself relevant by keeping myself updated with the CPA standards. Secondly, since I am still schooling, I can assure the parents/ students that my knowledge & techniques are up to date.
