Rapport Building: I will usually spend the first few minutes of my lesson chatting with my student to understand them better so as to build the curriculum around their interests. Besides assisting them in their work, I will also read storybooks or play curriculum related games with my students so as to engage them in learning. I always maintain a good communication channel with parents via personal contact or through messages to update them on what I did during lesson time. Parents are always welcomed to contact me should they have any concerns.
