Commitment / Other Details: I am able to start in May and I will be conducting group tuition in time to come at my home. I am available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. Meanwhile, I will be travelling to student's home.

Rapport Building: I strongly believe that children learn through fun and hands-on activities and they must be guided appropriately. A child learns well when they feel secure and comfortable with their teacher. I observe the children during the first few lessons to determine their strength and weaknesses. This also provides me with an opportunity to identify areas for improvement.

At the end of each lesson, I would usually feedback to parents about their child's developmental progression and how they could play their part by contributing to the child's academic success. I will also share about the areas the child lack-in and how the child can reinforce at home.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I am working with an enrichment provider. Separately, I would usually purchase books to understand the current syllabus better.

As a Good Tutor: I will guide and mentor children to play a part in contributing to their academic achievement, as well as to help them develop important skills such as problem solving and decision-making skills. Children develop at different developmental paces. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that targets that are set for them are based on their capability. I also believe that a capable tutor will continue to encourage the student positively to help them build their confidence level.

I will also ensure that the child has a strong foundation in the various learning areas such as Language and Math, especially for the younger children. During my tuition sessions, I will introduce children to a variety of teaching techniques and tips that they can use in school, especially during their examinations.
As a good tutor, I will continue to ensure that I provide them with the best learning experiences.
