Will be group tuition at rented classroom near Lakeside MRT.

Rapport Building: An email will be sent every month about the lesson plan, homework reminders, updates to students. Specific reminders for individual students will also be given when necessary.

A WhatsApp will be set up for students to ask questions to the tutor and discuss amongst themselves.

Parents may ask about their child's progress, strengths and weaknesses, how to help them etc. anytime.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: A lesson plan and curriculum has been developed based on the most recent A Level syllabus.

Original, exclusive notes, that are updated every year with the latest developments and current events, will be developed and given to students (separate printing fees). Essay Outlines will also be developed. Otherwise, students can choose to take down the content reviewed in class.

A Facebook page will be set up which will regularly post useful, recent articles, videos and resources to aid learning.

Students are also encouraged to inform about updates and changes, or request certain things to be covered in the upcoming topics

As a Good Tutor: I know there are hundreds of tutors to choose from, from private part-time tutors to tuition agencies. I will not claim that mine is the best nor I will guarantee you an A. Anyone who claims that is a liar.

What I can deliver is this: I am familiar with the demands of a GP question and how to answer them. I know how and what to study for to maximise your chances of getting an A. I understand that different students have different learning methods and I will do my best to cater to the student's learning needs and studying requirements.

Because I believe a good tutor should be dedicated and committed, I have only focused on teaching JC GP.

I also focus on basics and slowly improve the student's understanding by exposing them to problems which challenge them.but aren't too difficult and then work towards difficult problems, while always going back to basics. Students are taught tips and tricks to apply to problems to make it easier.

Rapport Building: I will keep the parents posted as to where I am teaching regarding the syllabus. Sometimes, I do deviate a little just to know my tutees. So far I have no problem building rapport with them. I will keep a chart score for the test papers the kids do so they can see how they fair and be motivated to do better and the parents can look at the chart to see the child's performance.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I attend workshops conducted in school and in NIE to update the latest trend in teaching math.

As a Good Tutor: Good tutors should be responsible and be committed to teach the tutee well. Tutors need to be familiar with the syllabus and content of the subjects they are teaching. Always not afraid to try new ways to help the child to understand concepts and to update oneself to the latest trend of questions.
