Other than the assignments, exam papers from various schools will also be given to them for me to monitor their progress. I normally work around the students' weaknesses and spend considerable amount of time and effort teaching them, and most importantly, getting them to fully understand the concepts behind what they are weak in. I believe learning is not just about getting excellent grades but being able to appreciate and embrace the nature and reasonings behind it.
