            I was a part of a group in secondary school that volunteered to help students who were weaker in their studies. Being a student that was weak initially in my studies during primary school days, I discover that different people had different approach to understanding of concepts and ideas. Through trial and error I manage to use different kinds of methods to translate concepts across to an individual until he or she manages to grasp that concept.
