The paramount important key to effective teaching is to be patient. With good patience and suiting the needs of the students, the students will find the teacher more approachable and to voice out his or her doubts without hesitation. My students commented that they are able to clear their doubts without fearing that i will berate them. They also make tremendous improvements in their papers.
