Commitment / Other Details: Throughout the years, I have also learnt to improve my teaching methods and was able to help my students attain better grades. My most recent p6 maths student used to have difficulties passing his Mathematics exams. However, after constant practice and correction of conceptual errors, he was able to attain an aggregate score of 223 in his PSLE and was enrolled to Hua Yi Secondary School.
I believe my strongest selling point is my patience towards my students. Despite facing a few students with disciplinary problems, I was able to ensure that their learning is optimal by showing them constant care and concern. I enjoyed tutoring them not just academically but to help them develop into a better person. I emphasize to my students to be responsible of their own actions and always motivate them to attain their goals. Most students that I have taught failed their subjects and loses confidence in it. However, I have helped them pick up their confidence to excel in their weak subjects.
As a tutor, I would love to influence more student and provide aid in their learning. My personal aim is to assist them to achieve greater heights in their lives.
